Animal Awareness & Adoption Fair:

8 a.m. to Noon

 

Open to the Community

 

In parking lot behind National Cowgirl Museum

 

A festive atmosphere, highlighted by rescue groups, local food trucks and vendors. Approximately 500 people are expected at this come-and-go event.

 

Free vaccinations and registration will be available for first 100 pets (sponsored by The Saving Hope Foundation.)

 

Attendees will receive half-price admission into Cowgirl Museum and the Museum of Science & History.

Hope Mobile Dedication:

11 a.m.

 

VIP Invitation/Open to the Community

 

In front of National Cowgirl Museum

 

Mayor Betsy Price will highlight the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new mobile spay/neuter clinic. The dedication will also officially kickoff the Fort Worth Pet Project, which is determined to reduce the number of euthanized animals in DFW.

 

Mayor Price and the Board of Directors for The Saving Hope Foundation will be performing the ribbon cutting.

 

A VIP reception will held inside the museum prior to the ceremony.

 

Invitees are being asked to bring pet food donations.
